How delivery works at a Disney resort hotel

Disney-owned resorts use Bell Services for third-party deliveries. We hand the stroller to Bell Services with your name and arrival date on the tag; you collect it at the bell desk when you check in, at any hour. You do not need to be there when we arrive, which is the main reason this works better than an airport handoff for evening arrivals.

Return is the mirror image: leave the stroller with Bell Services on your departure morning and we collect it later that day. No waiting around, no checkout-time pressure.

Good Neighbor hotels and the Disney Springs area hotels vary — some take deliveries at the front desk, others want the guest present. Tell us the property at booking and we will confirm which applies before you travel.

Rules and details worth knowing

Disney caps strollers at 31 inches wide and 52 inches long. Every stroller in our fleet is inside those limits, including both doubles.
Wagons are not permitted in the parks; do not plan around one.
Strollers must be folded to board the buses, the monorail and the Skyliner — the one-hand fold on the City Mini matters here.
Park stroller parking is unattended. Take valuables with you and tie a ribbon on the handle so you can find yours in a row of 200.

Is your stroller allowed in the Disney parks?

Yes. All our strollers are under the 31-inch width and 52-inch length limits, including both double models.

Do I have to be at the hotel when you deliver?

Not at Disney-owned resorts. We leave the stroller with Bell Services under your name and you collect it at check-in.

Is renting from you cheaper than renting a stroller inside the park?

Over a multi-day trip, usually yes — and the in-park rental stays in the park, so you have nothing at the hotel or on Disney Springs evenings. We compare the two in detail on our comparison page.
