Say whether you are at Jambo House or Kidani Village when you book; the bell desks are separate and gear left at the wrong one costs you a shuttle ride.
Kidani's corridors are famously long — a room at the far end of the second floor can be a five-minute walk from the lobby with a toddler in tow.
