How do I book a stroller rental in Orlando?
Pick your gear and dates on any rental page, or call 855-773-5466. We confirm availability, the delivery window and the deposit hold before taking payment.
Is delivery free?
Free in the Disney, Universal, SeaWorld, International Drive, Lake Buena Vista and convention centre zones. Kissimmee and Celebration are $10 each way, waived on rentals of 10 days or more. Airport handoffs are $15.
How clean is the gear?
Every unit is sanitised between rentals and inspected for brake, harness and wheel function before it leaves us.
What is the minimum and maximum rental length?
One day minimum, 21 days maximum. Pricing is by tier, so longer rentals cost much less per day.
What happens if gear breaks during my trip?
Call 855-773-5466. We swap the unit at your hotel, usually the same day, at no charge.
Do you rent anything other than strollers and car seats?
Not at the moment. We keep a small fleet so every unit stays in good condition.
Gear questions
How is the GT2 different from the standard City Mini?
Rubber all-terrain tyres, a hand brake, an adjustable handlebar and a higher weight limit. It pushes noticeably easier on uneven ground.
Is it worth the extra $10 for a theme park trip?
If you are walking 8+ miles a day or have a child over 40 lb, yes. For short trips on smooth paths the standard City Mini is fine.
Why does this cost more than the standard double?
Rubber all-terrain tyres, a hand brake and an adjustable handlebar. Over a five-day park trip most parents say the easier push is worth $5.
How far ahead should I book it?
Two to four weeks in peak season. It is the first unit to sell out on school holidays.
Does Florida law require a car seat for my child?
Yes. Florida requires a separate carrier or child restraint for children aged 3 and under, and a restraint or booster for ages 4 and 5. See our Florida car seat law guide for details.
Do I need a car seat for an Uber or Lyft from MCO?
Yes — the law applies to rideshare trips too, and drivers do not carry seats. Have one waiting at baggage claim.
