We collect the minimum we need to deliver gear to you and get it back.
What we collect
- Name, email address and phone number
- Delivery address, hotel or resort name, and any access instructions you give us
- Rental dates, gear selected and flight number where you provide one
- Payment confirmation details from our payment processor — we never see or store your full card number
How we use it
To confirm and deliver your booking, to contact you about a delivery or collection, and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with advertisers.
Payment data
Card details are captured directly by our payment processor and tokenised in your browser. They never touch our servers or our database. We store only a payment reference and status.
Retention and your rights
We keep booking records for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, then delete them. You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete it by emailing hello@beststrollerrental.com or calling 855-773-5466.
Gear waiting when you land
Pick your gear, pick your dates, tell us where you are staying. We deliver clean, inspected equipment and collect it when you leave.
