How delivery works at a Universal-area hotel
Loews-operated hotels on property accept third-party deliveries at the bell desk, tagged with your surname and check-in date. Endless Summer and Aventura tend to route deliveries through the luggage room behind the front desk — same process, slightly longer wait at collection.
Universal's compact footprint changes what you need. The walk from the on-site hotels to CityWalk is short, and the water taxis are pushchair-friendly, so families here often choose a single over a double even with two children if the older one walks.
Returns go back to the bell desk on departure morning. If you are moving hotels mid-trip — common when families split a Disney week and a Universal week — we can collect from one property and deliver to the next on the same day at no extra fee.
Rules and details worth knowing
- Universal applies a 31-inch stroller width limit; all our units comply.
- Strollers must be folded on the water taxis between the hotels and CityWalk.
- Single-rider queues and most Wizarding World shops have stroller parking outside — plan a spot before you queue.

Yes, we deliver to every Universal-area hotel. Gear is left at the bell desk under your name.
Can I move the stroller between two hotels mid-trip?
Yes. Tell us both properties and the switch date and we handle the transfer at no extra charge.
Single or double for two children at Universal?
If your older child is five or over and willing to walk, a single is usually enough — the park distances are shorter than at Disney.
