How does delivery work at Disney value resorts?
Pop Century, Art of Animation and All-Star Movies are Disney's three big value resorts, and they share the same problem: long walks inside the resort and park days that start with a folded stroller at a bus stop or Skyliner platform. A stroller that is waiting at the bell desk solves both before you reach a park.
Pop Century: we deliver free to the Classic Hall bell desk, tagged with your surname and arrival date. The walk from the 1990s buildings to Classic Hall and the Skyliner station is about a quarter mile, repeated four or five times a day.
Art of Animation: delivery is free to the Animation Hall bell desk. The resort is built around family suites, so double strollers are the most requested unit, and the Cars and Lion King wings sit a long way from the lobby.
All-Star Movies: we deliver to the Cinema Hall bell desk free of charge and collect from the same place on your last morning. There is no Skyliner here, so every park day starts at a bus stop.
Pop Century and Art of Animation share the Skyliner, which serves EPCOT and Hollywood Studios, and gondolas take strollers folded. Disney buses also require a fold, so our City Mini frames, which fold with one strap pull and stand upright, save real hassle.
What should you know about Disney value resorts?
- Pop Century: ask for a 1960s or 1970s building at check-in for the shortest push to Classic Hall. The lakeside path to Art of Animation is a flat, easy 10-minute stroller walk.
- Art of Animation: family suites sleep six, so a double stroller really does get used by two siblings. The Big Blue Pool area has wide, flat paths for an evening push.
- All-Star Movies: Fantasia and Toy Story buildings are closest to Cinema Hall and Mighty Ducks is furthest. The Magic Kingdom bus stop queue is longest between 8:00 and 9:00 AM.
- Collection on your departure morning takes about two minutes. Leave the stroller with the same bell services team.
How long do families rent a stroller for Disney value resorts?
Five to nine days, matched to a value-resort park week. Value-resort families are the most price-sensitive, and the seven-day rate is where the saving shows. Pop Century and Art of Animation families rent doubles more often than any other Disney resorts.
