Where the handoff happens at MCO
We meet you in the baggage claim hall of your arrival side — Terminal A (gates 1–59) or Terminal B (gates 60–129) — at level 2. Terminal C arrivals meet us on the ground transportation level near the parking garage crosswalk, because the C baggage hall restricts non-travelling vehicles at the kerb.
Send us your flight number when you book. We track the flight, so a two-hour delay out of Newark does not mean a missed handoff. Our driver texts you when they are in position, and the whole exchange takes about three minutes: sign, take the gear, go.
For late arrivals after 9:00 PM we can pre-position gear with your hotel bell desk instead, which usually works out better than waiting for a driver with children who should be asleep.
Rules and details worth knowing
- Airport handoffs happen at the kerb or in baggage claim only — Florida airport rules do not allow us to install car seats in your vehicle.
- Rental car centre pickups happen at level 1 of the parking garage, not inside the rental counters.
- Add 20 minutes to your plan if you are arriving between 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM, MCO's busiest kerb window.

Most MCO deliveries are 5 to 8 days — an arrival-to-departure rental for a full park week, dropped back to us at the same terminal on the way home.

Can I pick up a car seat at MCO baggage claim?
Yes. We meet you in the baggage claim hall on level 2 of Terminal A or B, or on the ground transportation level for Terminal C arrivals.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
Give us your flight number at booking. We track it and reschedule the handoff automatically at no charge.
Do I need a car seat for an Uber from the airport?
Yes. Florida child restraint law applies to rideshare trips, and drivers do not supply seats.
Where do I return the gear when I fly home?
Same terminal, departures kerb. Text us 30 minutes out and we meet you as you unload.
