Stroller rental at EPCOT

EPCOT is the biggest walk at Walt Disney World. The World Showcase promenade alone is 1.2 miles around, and most families cover six to eight miles in a day here. This is the park where the wheels matter, and where a stroller you have to hand back at 6pm costs you the whole festival evening.

How the handoff works

Delivery goes to your resort bell desk — the Epcot-area resorts (BoardWalk, Yacht and Beach Club, Riviera, Swan and Dolphin, Caribbean Beach) all sit on the Skyliner or the friendship boats, so the stroller reaches the International Gateway without a bus.

The Skyliner takes strollers folded. Gondola loading is continuous and cast members are quick about it, but a two-motion fold holds the queue up — another reason we stock one-pull frames.

Details worth knowing

Stroller parking sits behind Spaceship Earth, by Test Track, and at three points around World Showcase; the Canada and Mexico ends fill up first during festivals.
The GT2's rubber tyres handle the brick-and-cobble sections of the United Kingdom and Germany pavilions better than the standard wheels.
Festival season crowds the promenade badly from 4pm; the inside path behind the pavilions is the quicker stroller route.

Typical rental length

Five to nine days. EPCOT families skew slightly older and often add a car seat because they drive rather than bus.
