The Hotel Plaza Boulevard hotels all have staffed bell desks and handle third-party deliveries daily. We tag the stroller with your surname and check-in date and it waits behind the desk until you collect it.
Properties on Palm Parkway and around the Crossroads shopping centre are more mixed. Some hold gear at the front desk, others prefer a guest-present handoff; we confirm your specific property before your arrival date.
Returns: leave the gear at the bell desk on departure morning. You do not need to wait for our driver.
