How the handoff works
Universal runs shuttle buses to Volcano Bay from every on-site hotel; walking from Cabana Bay is possible but the path crosses a service road with no shade. Folded strollers ride the shuttle.
We deliver to the hotel, not the park, so your stroller is already with you for the days either side at the dry parks.
Details worth knowing
- Volcano Bay's paving gets extremely hot; do not let a child walk barefoot from the stroller to the water without sandals.
- Mesh seat panels dry within an hour in Florida sun — a padded seat pad does not, which is why our fleet uses breathable seats.
- Lockers are limited at peak; a stroller basket with a rain cover doubles as dry storage.

Yes. Strollers are permitted throughout the park, though not in the water or on the loungers themselves.
Will the stroller get ruined if it gets wet?
No. Our fleet uses breathable mesh seats that dry quickly, and normal water-park wet is fine — no damage charge for it.
Can I take the stroller on the Volcano Bay shuttle?
Yes, folded. Both City Mini frames fold with a single pull.
Do you deliver to Universal hotels for Volcano Bay?
Yes, free of charge to the bell desk at any Universal or I-Drive hotel.
