Where we hand the gear over near SeaWorld
Hotels in this pocket are mostly mid-size properties without a formal bell desk. We ask for a front-desk handoff with your name on the tag, or we meet you in the lobby if you prefer to check the gear over yourself.
SeaWorld and Aquatica themselves do not allow outside deliveries into the park, so we never meet you at a park gate. The handoff is always at the hotel.
If you are staying at a vacation rental in the Sand Lake or Dr Phillips area — common for larger family groups — we deliver to the door and can leave gear in a covered porch or garage if you send access instructions in advance.
Rules and details worth knowing
- Aquatica requires strollers to stay outside the wet-play areas; there is a shaded parking area near the wave pool.
- SeaWorld's paths are wide and flat, so a standard City Mini handles the day fine.
- Rain cover matters here more than most parks — the show seating is open air and afternoon storms are routine in summer.

Do you deliver to vacation rentals near SeaWorld?
Yes. We deliver to houses and condos in Sand Lake, Dr Phillips and the surrounding area with door delivery.
Can you meet me at the SeaWorld gate?
No. The park does not permit outside deliveries, so we hand over at your hotel or rental home.
Is same-day delivery possible?
