How the handoff works

Delivery is to the ground-floor bell desk. Aventura's lobby is small and the team stores gear in the back, so give them your surname.

Volcano Bay is a short walk across the bridge, and the CityWalk shuttle runs continuously with folded strollers accepted.

Details worth knowing

Aventura rooms are around 314 square feet — a folded City Mini takes up about the footprint of a suitcase.
The rooftop bar and the pool deck are both stroller-accessible by lift.
The walk to Volcano Bay is about five minutes; the CityWalk shuttle is faster than walking to the older parks.
