How the handoff works
Delivery is free to all Universal hotels and every hotel along International Drive. Gear is at the bell desk under your surname before check-in, and we collect from the same desk on your last morning.
CityWalk sits between Universal Studios Florida and Islands of Adventure. The garage walkway is long, moving-sidewalk-assisted, and much easier with your own stroller than with a hired one you cannot take out of the park.
Details worth knowing
- Stroller parking is beside the Despicable Me and Transformers entrances and at the Springfield end of the park.
- The parking garage moving walkways take strollers unfolded, but security screening at the entry plaza does not — empty the basket first.
- Springfield and the New York streets carry almost no midday shade; a full canopy is worth more than an extra cupholder.

From your hotel bell desk. There is no counter queue and no deposit at the gate.
