Delivering to a Kissimmee vacation home
Gated communities need advance notice. Add our company name to your guest list with the management office, or send us the gate code at booking — without one, the guard will turn the driver away and we have to reschedule.
If nobody will be home, we can leave gear in a garage, screened porch or behind a locked side gate. Send the access instructions in writing and we photograph the drop so there is no dispute about where it was left.
Highway 192 hotels take front-desk deliveries as normal. Resorts such as the larger condo properties usually want the gear signed for at the concierge desk.
