How the handoff works
We coordinate with the Encore concierge or your property manager and deliver to the home. Give us the reservation name and street address at booking.
Group bookings should reserve early in peak season — two doubles on the same date is a real constraint on any Orlando fleet, ours included.
Details worth knowing
- Encore is around 15 minutes from Disney and 30 from Universal.
- Multi-unit bookings get a single delivery and a single collection, so the fee is charged once.
- The water park and clubhouse paths are flat and easy to push.

Yes. Multi-unit bookings are normal here and are delivered together on one trip.

How far in advance should we book?
Four to six weeks in peak season for doubles; sooner for multiples.
Is there a delivery charge?
$10 each way, charged once per booking and waived at ten days or longer.
