How the handoff works
Door delivery with gate access details. There is no bell desk here, so we agree a handoff window with you and text on approach.
If you arrive after our 9:00 PM cutoff, we can deliver the following morning at no extra charge, or leave gear with your property manager if they allow it.

- Private pool homes mean the stroller lives indoors, so a compact fold is worth having.

No. It is a private-home community with no resort desk, so delivery is the only practical option.
How far is Solterra from Disney?

Can you deliver before we check in?
Only if your property manager gives access; otherwise we deliver at an agreed window after arrival.
Is delivery free?
$10 each way, waived on rentals of ten days or longer.
