Handoff around the convention centre
The Hyatt Regency, Rosen Centre, Rosen Plaza and the surrounding convention hotels all take bell-desk deliveries and are used to third-party drops during show weeks. We tag with your surname and the check-in date.
During major shows the bell desks queue badly between 4:00 and 7:00 PM. We deliver in the morning window wherever possible so your gear is behind the desk before the rush.
OCCC itself allows strollers in the public concourses but not on the show floor during move-in and move-out. If you are bringing a child to a badge-holder event, check your show's policy first.
Rules and details worth knowing
- West and North/South buildings are connected by a pedestrian bridge with lifts at both ends — the only sane stroller route between them.
- Show-floor stroller policies are set by each event, not the venue. Verify before you plan around it.
- The convention hotels' pool decks all have stroller parking; do not leave gear in a corridor overnight.
